Stockpost Lifetime Guarantee

Stockpost’s combination of high-grade ductile steel, proprietary bituminous black & hot-dipped galvanised coatings allow us to offer you a lifetime Guarantee for every Stockpost fence post sold.
We are so confident in the strength and quality of Stockpost fence posts in livestock and cropping fencing applications that we guarantee Stockposts for a lifetime.
This guarantee covers the Stockpost and Stockpost XL rural fence posts against breaking during installation and normal use for the life of the product.
This guarantee does not cover:

  • Scratching, abrasion, or any other damage or deterioration caused by accident, impact, or misuse;
  • Any product installed within 1km of the sea;
  • Exposure to radiation, corrosive fumes, soils or materials;
  • Damage caused by an act of god, act of war, storm, flooding, fire, hail or wind;
  • Normal weathering;
  • Any Injury, damage or consequential loss arising from the use of our product;
  • Where the failure is the result of the owner not installing or maintaining the product in accordance with its intended use

To make a claim, call Whites Group on 1300 559 732 or email lifetime@stockpost.com.au for a post-for-post replacement. Whites Group will be responsible for the cost of replacing the post.
Registration is required for the warranty to take effect. Visit stockpost.com.au/lifetime to register with your contact details, job/installation details and a copy of your invoice.

This guarantee is in addition to the other rights and remedies available to you at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
